To whom it may concern,
I am writing tonight to share with you my experience with your movers today. My movers, Jesse and Lamar, were the BEST movers I have ever had hands down. My husband and I have been in the military for 5 years and this is our 3rd duty station; never before have we had more hard working, polite, respectful, intelligent movers. On a day that could have been difficult ( I have found that when dealing with movers in the past it is always difficult and time consuming) your workers made it a breeze. They are the first movers I have ever seen who knew what they were doing, and who asked where certain things went and if it was a repeat item or part of the set knew what to do with it without having to be told an exorbitant amount of times. They are a credit to their profession, and someone whom I hope to work with in the future.

Mireya- I just wanted to let you know it has been a real pleasure working with you and your team. Raul and his crew were awesome on both the pick-up and drop-off. They did an excellent job and if I ever have the bad fortune to move again, I hope to have Raul and his crew again. You were also a real pleasure to work with. Thanks for getting everything coordinated to a tee. For such a chaotic process as moving can be, things came together wonderfully. Thanks again for your help!

Gary and Beth,
I wanted to take a minute to thank you both for all your help during the first half of my move. You both helped make a very stressful time much easier. I can only hope the rest of my move goes as well.
I also want to let you know that crew that executed the packing and moving of my household goods should be commended for a doing a fantastic job. The crew was right on time at the early end of the time window you gave me. They were friendly, professional, and hard working. If there was any doubt on how to handle any of my items they made sure to seek me out and made sure I was completely satisfied with how it was packed. Needless to say I was extremely impressed. Please, make sure the crew knows how much I appreciate their hard work and professionalism while at my “former” apartment.

I have to tell you that your service has been impeccable! Probably the best service I have ever received from any single Company. The work ethic of the teams packing, loading and unloading were fantastic. The leadership from Kyle is a great example of how to get the best out of people. So, THANK YOU.. I sincerely thank you for your determination to give great service on this occasion you exceeded all my expectations.... I am sure you make a habit of this!
