I’ve got nothing but compliments and thanks regarding my moving experience. The guys who packed and loaded our things in Bentonville were pleasant, fast and very thorough. Mike, the driver who delivered our things was great! His helpers were nice guys as well. The guys placed all the furniture where I wanted it, helped unload things out of the boxes and hauled off the cardboard. They were very careful on both ends to ensure that everything was neat and that there would be no damage. They placed plastic sheeting on the carpet along with cloth runners to ensure that nothing was tracked in, dirtied or damaged. I am very impressed!
No claims to file…..no empty boxes to pick up. We’re done! This was by far the best of the now 14 moves I’ve made in the last 23 years! Thanks for everything!

We just completed a move from Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Montgomery, Texas with your company -- and we want to share what a good experience it was. Every step of the way was handled in a very professional manner -- by very friendly people.
Rob McDow did our estimate -- and his professional approach is what beat the competitors and won the job.
John P coordinated everything extremely well and was very conscientious -- initiating several contacts just to see how things were going.
Jessica answered our financial questions and even came up with a couple of adjustments that were very helpful -- and were processed immediately.
Priscilla and her crew of Tori and Allison packed us up efficiently and effectively.
Mike Wilkinson was a great driver -- actually showing up early on both ends -- worked very hard and efficiently -- and was very conscientious about our belongings.
Mike's Bartlesville team of Dustin, Kellen and Dillon worked hard -- on a hot day -- loading our three story house.
On this end, his team of Mark, Matt and Matthew got here early, worked fast and friendly -- and had us in by noon.
On the whole, we couldn't have been more pleased with this move -- and we wanted to share this with you, as the general manager -- -- and hope you will share it with those mentioned and others who need to know how well these people represented your company.

Deanna and Ann,
I'm sending a mail as follow up to calls I had with you yesterday to compliment the efficient and expeditious packing and loading of my furniture in Eau Clair, Wisconsin.
Steve and his crew with North American VanLines, not only arrived an hour before the scheduled start time, but they finished the load up into the van in advance of my scheduled closing time.
The team of four, other than a short lunch break worked continuously, without further work breaks, which I found refreshing compared to some past experiences I've had with competitor Movers.
I've moved across the country many times with several of the major moving outfits this past 20 years, and the performance by Steve and his crew was by far the best experience I've had.
My compliments to Steve, and please pass on my appreciation.

The packing crew at the origin (Killeen,Texas) A-1 Freeman was one of the best, if not the best packing crew I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have moved at least 8 times while I was on active duty. Thank you for the professional crew and keep up the great work. Rick
